Make empanadas at O'Neal Library! With a chef!
Learn to make savory and sweet empanadas with Chef Leah Perez at O'Neal Library! Students will wrap their own empanadas and enjoy them at the end of the program. Chef Leah will prepare ingredients share stories about food and kitchen experiences.
Leah Perez is a senior Recipe Developer and Food Editor for Hearst Magazines. Originally from Orange County, Leah graduated from NYU before moving to Birmingham, AL for work. Her recipes can be found in Pioneer Woman Magazine or online at The Pioneer Woman.
All ingredients and supplies provided. Please share any food allergies or dietary needs in "Food Adjustments" when registering for this event. Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be prepared with advanced notice.
