About Chef Tony: Hey, My name is Antonio Palma Ruiz. I’m from Pelham, AL, and I have 6 years of kitchen experience. I was head chef at Tropicaleo where I served vegan and vegetarian dishes, but I also have experience in fast food and fine dining from working at Waffle House, First Watch, and Cayo Coco. Beyond the kitchen, I’m a soccer lover and interested in travel. I will start aviation school to become a pilot soon, and I hope to explore the world and enjoy all of the foods I have yet to try once I receive my license.
