Hi! My name is Mary! I’m from Mobile, Alabama. I graduated from Samford University in 2019 with a major in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. I’m going to be getting my Masters of Library Science from the University of Alabama this fall, and would like to specialize in either children’s or adult services or archiving. 
 
I have loved reading and going to my local library for most of my life. I love libraries because they serve communities. I want to do the same thing and help encourage children to read and learn in an environment outside of school. 
 
When I’m not working, I adore reading, hanging out with friends, and baking.
